2 new desserts for the spring

01 MARCH 2018 / DOMINIQUE ANSEL BAKERY

Starting March 1st, Dominique Ansel Bakery will release 2 new desserts for the spring! The first is the “Green Tea Field” cake, which contains a green tea mousse, mascarpone and a mix of strawberry cream and jelly. Another item is the “Dango Cake”, a dessert made for a day at the park. In addition, this month’s cronut is a pomegranate jam and brown sugar ganache, coated with more brown sugar; a mix of both sweet and sour. Come and enjoy our spring menu!
