From April 25th to the end of June, Longrain will feature an “Exotic Mango Cilantro Parfait” that uses tropical mangos, papaya, pineapples and other fresh fruits. We give it a real Thai taste by using a rich coconut cream, coconut pavlova, cilantro jelly with a cilantro and lemongrass scent.
