Starting June 5th to August 5th, Code Kurkku will present 2 new cocktails using Japan’s original craft gin, Kyoto Dry Gin in representing “Wabi Sabi”. This is the first “wa” gin to contain an essence of 11 types of botanical ingredients like a gyokuro and cypress on rice. The “wabi” is represented in the “Kinobi Tonic” which include limes, tonic water and a scent of yuzu pepper. The “sabi” is represented in the “Kinobi Rock”, which starts off with a citrus fruit scent, followed by the sweet smell of rice spirits and then, an aromatic pepper essence. Please enjoy our Japanese style cocktails with our Italian dishes.
