Dominique Ansel Bakery will launch two new spring pastries, “Bamboo Shoot” and “Asparagus” from April 2nd to May 31st! The “Bamboo Shoot” has a mushroom and minced meat filling; juicy and full of flavor. The “Asparagus” is a brioche with bacon, cheese, basil paste and ofcourse, asparagus.
We also have New York’s most popular and hybrid item, the “Cronut” that changes flavor every month! This month’s flavor is a peach jam and lavender flavored cronut. We only have a limited number every day, so come and stop by in the morning!
