Starting May 13th to June 30th, The Gatehouse, located on the 15th floor of Nagoya JR Gate Tower Hotel, will serve the “Parfait aux Citrus”. This parfait uses cream made of lemon and grapefruit juice, marmalade jam, fromage, lemon jelly; a sweet yet sour item. We finish it off with a crunchy milk chocolate and pie crust, so you will never get tired of it. This is the parfait to have during this hot, humid summer.
