Started with café and restaurant businesses, then engaged in space production for hotels, residences and offices, etc., and branding production for apparel brands and various types of companies. His unique and creative ideas are highly evaluated both in Japan and abroad. Established several subsidiary companies including catering event company “TRANSIT CREW INC.”, real estate company “REALGATE INC.” (sold all stocks to CyberAgent, Inc. in 2021), recruitment agency company “TRANSIT CAREER-UP PARTNERS INC.”, head spa business company “PARM HOUSE INC.” and SDGs business company “FARMER YOU INC.”

Graduated from the University of Tokyo’s Law Faculty and began his career at the Ministry of Finance. After earning an MBA from Stanford University, he worked in the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs, later moving to KKR Japan to handle significant investment projects. He served as the CEO of Permira Advisers Japan and was involved in the public listing of Sushiro Global Holdings (he was involved in growing this restaurant into a chain of over 100+ locations). Currently, Ryotaro Fujii is a Senior Advisor at Permira Advisers Limited and a director at Sapporo Holdings. He is slated to join the board of Transit Holdings as an external director in October 2024.

Graduated from Meiji University with a degree in Political Science and Economics. He began his career at a major domestic PR firm, working on PR strategy and government relations. In 2003, he joined CyberAgent, Inc., where he was involved in digital marketing within the advertising agency division and played a role in launching many subsidiaries and new businesses. In 2012, he became the head of CyberAgent’s Media Division, and in 2013, he was appointed as a director of CyberAgent Ventures (now CyberAgent Capital), where he became the President in October 2018. He also holds roles as a director of the Japan Venture Capital Association since 2022, executive officer at CyberAgent, and director at Cygames Capital. Hirofumi Kondo is set to join the board of Transit Holdings as an external director in October 2024.

Joined Transit General Office after studying abroad and engaging in businesses such as opening new restaurants and changing business types, etc.. In charge of building and developing the catering business and then launched Produce Department in 2006, mainly in charge of food and beverage business and facility development, project promotions of overseas licensed brands landing in Japan, developments of apartment brand’s owned media and renovation brands, etc.. After graduating from Osaka University of Art and working as a graphic designer, joined TRANSIT GENERAL OFFICE INC. to lead the catering and event businesses and then supported the development of the Produce Department. Taking advantage of architecture, graphic design and food and beverage experiences, he engaged in new business development such as original food and beverage businesses, overseas licensed brands landing in Japan, and golf driving range. Appointed as Executive Officer and Administrator of store development in 2019. Built Resort Department in 2022, opening “FOLKWOOD VILLAGE YATSUGATAKE”, a campsite-based outdoor complex facility. Continues to create “playgrounds” to enrich people’s lifestyles, including food and beverage developments for fashion brands, automobile manufacturers, property developers and various types of produce for commercial facilities, hotels, kids parks, etc.. In the Operation Department, he was first a cafe manager, then was in charge of store operations as well as weddings and private events of a facility. Opening member of bills’ Shichirigahama store, a popular Australian all-day dining brand first landing in Japan in March, 2008, and then the became the operating manager of a total 8 bills-series stores. Appointed as one of Group Managers of Operation Department in 2020, in charge of overseas licensed brands, where he directly managed businesses and hotel restaurants and engaged in renovation projects of stores with operation problems to improve their profitabilities. In recent years, he is not only engaged in food and beverage operations but also in lifestyle-related operations such as golf driving range. Born in 1978. After experiencing several positions such as sommelier and store manager in Tokyo’s popular restaurants and major food-service companies, joined TRANSIT GENERAL OFFICE INC. in 2009. General Manager of bills-related business, engaged in store opening in Hawaii and opening and operations of all stores in Japan. Appointed as one of Group Managers of Operation Department in 2022. Also the Executive President of TRANSIT MEXICAN FOOD OPERATION INC., a TRANSIT’s subsidiary company operating Guzman y Gomez, a Mexican food brand from Sydney, Australia. He helped achieve a 170% increase in profit compared with sales before COVID-19. Also, he helped improve Izakaya (Japanese bistro) and cafe businesses to achieve a significant increase in profit and turn them into strong businesses. Appointed as Manager of Business Acceleration Department, working on operation improvement and business promotion across the whole company.
